An educator for over a decade, Indian costume researcher and a Research Scholar from Banasthali Vidyapith on “Exploring the Dying Craft of Mughal Period (With Special Reference to Ancestral Darzi Community of Jaipur and Jodhpur)”. Worked in the Marketing Sector in the Canary Islands (Spain) in the arena of perfumes and cosmetics and also assisted a Spanish fashion designer in designing and executing various garments for the Carnival Queens.

Worked with Mandhana Industries as a Sampling Manager, wherein bestowed got an opportunity to interact directly with the tailor Masters and Karigars at the shop-floor.

My academic career started when I was offered a teaching position at my alma mater- P.V. Polytechnic. While teaching, continued taking other academic responsibilities, which further got me opportunities of becoming Academic Head, Program Director etc. in reputed design schools in India; also worked on a research project of Historical Costumes for a period Bollywood film with ace designer and stylist Manish Malhotra.

Presently working as, a trainer and designer with an NGO Punarjeevana Trust, training underprivileged women and artisans.
